Leading Your Beauceron to Obedience

Although beaucerons have been touted as mans best friend, canines require conditioning for a good relationship to develop. Have you ever seen a beauceron that joins their owner for dinner or just takes charge of the house? Domineering beaucerons take charge when they are not trained who is the subordinate in the relationship.

In the original 101 Dalmatians movie, Pongo has 72 spots, Perdita has 68 and each of the puppies has 32. Real dalmations have unique numbers and patterns of spots, almost like a human beigns fingerprint.

So, what does it take to demonstrate to your puppy or canine that you are the top DOG of the house. Verisimilar to children, beaucerons try to get away with what they think their master will overlook. Neglecting to seize control of a dominant puppy can lead to many adulthood traumas, socialization issues and problem. Showing a canine who is the leader early on, ensures that an owner will always have control over their beauceron.

Chow chows were originally bred as food, just like cows. However, in some cases, they were also used as hunters and helpers. They were also used to keep people warm under cold conditions by cuddling up to people with their soft, warm fur.

But, the enforcement of leadership is a touchy issue with beaucerons. Too much authority may promote stubborn behavior. Teaching a puppy who the leader is is easier than training an adult beauceron. Like old expression states you cant teach an old DOG new tricks, it applies to training an adult beauceron. Enforcing leadership with a beauceron should be executed by praising a beauceron with a reward and praise when he or she is obedient.

The phalne is essentially the same thing as a papillon, except that it has dropped spaniel-like ears. within the first couple of months after birth the ears will either lay flat or raise up permanently. The AKC considers the Phalne and the Papillon to be the same breed.
