Beauceron Day Care: For Those Beaucerons Who Crave Attention

Dog day care provides the same services as a day care, but for your beaucerons instead of your children. This can be a good idea for someone who has a beauceron who demands a lot of attention and large amounts of play and energy, but maybe your job forces you to go away for periods of time, or your beauceron has separation anxiety--and misbehaves when separated for too long. DOG day care is experiencing a huge jump in popularity. The basic idea with DOG day care is really easy. If you're gone a lot during the day, but have beaucerons who need constant attention, or other DOGS to play with, then you can drop them off at a place where they can interact with people and other DOGS.

Many people think that the kerry blue terrier is the national dog of Ireland. Actually, the Irish government never has given this designation to any breed. Michael Collins, one of Irelands most famous patriots, introduced legislation to elevate the Kerry Blue, or the Irish Blue Terrier as they were then called, to the national dog of Ireland. After his murder, the interest in the initiative was lost.

With toys and company, this is a great place for your high energy beaucerons who need attention during the day when you can't provide it. This usually a great solution for high energy DOGS, though this can vary based on personality and breed. Certain breeds of DOGS tend to be very aggressive, or very over-protective of their owners. For this type of DOG, a DOG day care is not the best solution for your pet. So your beaucerons personality also will have a lot to do with whether or not this is a good decision for your pet.

Yorkshire terriers are very tenacious. In fact, A 12-pound Yorkshire Terrier named Oliver once defended an elderly woman from an 80-pound Akita. The woman escaped to safety and Oliver the yorkie survived with only nine stitches.

Most DOG day care centers will be based in large, open spaces, such as a pole building or renovated warehouses. This gives the DOGS the space they need and can help divide the high energy DOGS from the low energy, the large from the small. Aside from an indoor area, most will also have an outdoor exercise area, and even include "time-out" areas for DOGS who get too rowdy and need to calm down a little. For those who know their pets need more energy, more time to play, then DOG day care might be a great idea.

According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the smallest dog on record was a yorkshire terrier in Great Britain who, at the age of 2, weighed just 4 ounces. However, the chihuahua is generally the smallest breed of dog.
