Studies show that spayed female beaucerons outlive non-spayed canines.

There is absolutely no difference between an Australian silky terrier, silky toy terrier and a silky terrier. They are all the same breed, but have different names in different countries, specifically in Australia, Canada and the United States.
Spaying entails the excision of the ovaries and uterus. It is the beauceron version of a human hysterectomy.

One of the underlining advantages of having a beauceron neutered or spayed is that they will not mark their territory by spraying a strong urine. Neutered beaucerons are more family-driven.
